Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, the following policies are honored:
24 HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment for our therapists. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, the credit card we have on file will be charged a Cancel Fee of $50 for each appointment you missed. [Floating & Massage only]

No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forego their appointment will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged a No Show Fee of $50 for each of their “missed” appointments [Floating & Massage only] to the credit card we have on file.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, we kindly ask that you please plan accordingly and arrive on time.

Refund Policy
- Please note all sales are final, refunds are not given.
- Purchasing a service is not yet required to hold a reservation but a credit card on file is.
- You may reschedule your reservation per our rescheduling policy below.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed as long as it is arranged at least 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, please call and speak with one of our Infinity Associates or leave a detailed message at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
- Rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours prior is considered canceling and your account will be marked with a cancellation fee as noted above.
- Cancellations for appointments made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a cancelation fee equivalent to $50. Your service credit will not be refunded but will remain on your account to be used at a later time.
- Beginning March 1, 2026, Massage appointments will be at a 100% charge for less than 24 hour cancellations.
- If you do not show up for your paid-for appointment, this is considered a “No Show” and will result in your service credit being used to cover the appointment. No refunds will be given.
- If you have reserved your appointment with a Gift Card or an existing Service Credit, this form of payment will be used to cover the cost of service.
